Named "The Dream," this 5"x7.25" acrylic painting on wood has a strange inspiration story. It was 3AM, I was lying in bed, wondering why sleep hadn't taken over yet. Pictures floated in and out of my head, and then I got an image of blocky, zoomed in, purple lips. This isn't an exact representation of the image I saw, but I enjoy the finished product nonetheless. Those two black dots you see at the top of the painting are staple holes. I painted on the wrong side of the wood...hehe.
